Pricing, crypto payments, privacy, models, and accounts. If you don't see your question, write to owner@rendermix.app.
No. There is no auto-renewal and no card on file. Each tier is a one-time purchase of a credit bundle — the name (Starter, Standard, Bulk) describes how much credit value you buy, not a timer. Credits never expire. When you want more, you buy another bundle. Nothing recurs in the background.
Credits never expire, so there's no deadline — only a balance. If it drops below a render's cost, you can't start new generations until you top up. Buy another bundle and you're back in immediately — no re-onboarding. Existing outputs remain available until they auto-prune (30 days after creation).
Yes — Bulk is $549 one-time for 90,000 credits, our lowest per-credit price. The same credits bought as nine Standard bundles would run $621 ($801 at the post–Jul 15 rate). Credits never expire, so there's no clock to outrun — it's simply the biggest bundle at the best rate. Same model catalog, same "no auto-renewal" rule.
As a rule, no. Crypto is irreversible by design — once a transaction confirms on-chain, neither we nor your wallet can undo it. Refunds are not available for unspent credits, wrong-token / wrong-network payments, upstream content blocks, or account suspensions under our content policy. The only exception, entirely at the operator's sole discretion, is a documented technical malfunction on our side that caused you to lose credits — email owner@rendermix.app within 7 days with the transaction hash. The binding policy is in §5 of the Terms.
Trial, Starter, Standard, and Bulk bundles run one render at a time — submit a second job and it queues behind the first. Pro, Studio, and Max tiers run 2–4 renders in parallel for users who batch heavily. Either way your credit balance is the only spending budget. See all plans →
Your credit balance is your main budget — each render's cost is shown before you submit (image from ~1 cr, video from 29 cr). For platform stability we apply generous fair-use ceilings; the one most users ever notice is your tier's parallel-render limit — a single-render bundle runs one job at a time, back-to-back for as long as your balance lasts.
If you already have a wallet with USDC or USDT and a few cents of gas: it's two clicks — paste the address, send. If you don't yet, the easiest path is buying USDC on a regulated exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, Binance) and withdrawing to a self-custody wallet such as Rabby, MetaMask, or Phantom. We can't accept Western cards (Visa/Mastercard) directly — RU users can pay via СБП after signup.
USDC on Polygon, Arbitrum One, and Base. USDT on Polygon and Arbitrum One. All credit the same bundle — pick whichever combination has the lowest gas fees from your wallet.
Activation is on-chain. Base and Arbitrum One usually confirm in 10–30 seconds. Polygon waits 64 blocks for finality, which takes about 2 minutes. The dashboard polls automatically and your credits land in your balance; you don't need to refresh anything.
Each invoice has a unique deposit address and a precise amount. Underpay, and the invoice waits for the rest within its 1-hour expiry. Overpaying does not add extra credits — we credit one bundle per invoice; any surplus stays on the deposit address. Sending on a network we don't watch (Ethereum mainnet, Optimism, BSC, anything outside Polygon / Arbitrum One / Base) means the funds are not credited and, per our Terms, are not refundable. Always double-check the network selector in your wallet before confirming a transfer.
There is no public gallery, no shared feed, no profile pages. Your prompts and outputs are visible only inside your own account. We don't index prompts and we don't have a "share to community" feature. The Showcase page links to public works on the upstream provider — none of your private generations appear there.
No. We don't train models, we don't have a training pipeline, and we don't license your data to third parties for training. We're a console for existing models, nothing more.
Generated images and videos auto-prune 30 days after creation. Audit logs (login attempts, billing events) are retained for security and abuse-prevention. The account record is kept while the account exists. Full breakdown on the Privacy page.
To run your generation we forward the prompt and parameters to a third-party AI provider. They have their own retention policy. We don't send your email, account name, or any other identifier — only the prompt and parameters needed to render the request.

their cost-to-quality ratio stabilises; the active catalogue

Yes. Most video presets support both image-to-video (your image is the first frame) and reference-to-video (your image conditions the generation but isn't a frame). Capabilities vary per model — the preset's settings panel shows what each one accepts.
No. RenderMix is a SFW (safe-for-work) service — explicit / adult (18+) generation isn't supported, and prompts for it are blocked before anything is charged. Also never allowed: any depiction of minors, deepfakes or likenesses of real identifiable people, and content illegal in your or our jurisdiction. The binding version is in the Terms.
From our side, yes — we don't claim any rights over your generations. But you should verify the licence terms of the underlying model. Some research checkpoints carry non-commercial licences which RenderMix can't override.
Yes — you'll get a verification link after signup. Until you click it you can browse the site, but you can't pay or generate. Email delivery goes through Resend; we use it only to send account and verification emails — not for advertising or marketing.
Yes, from the Account page after signing in. Your personal data is scrubbed and the account is permanently locked; generated outputs auto-prune within 30 days; some audit and security logs are retained for a limited period as required by law and for abuse-prevention.
No — credits are only spent on renders that deliver output. If a job fails, the credits held for it are released back to your balance. If you're seeing systematic failures or a charge for a failed job, email owner@rendermix.app and include the time and approximate model.
